Professional and Certified Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach along with the Train for Power Fitness Team began to break down the golf swing piece by piece to see how each contributed to the golf swing.  In this search, they found the Four Points of Power:  Takeaway, Downswing or “lag position”, Impact, and the Release.  It has been concluded that training to get stronger in the correct positions allows you to hit the ball further and straighter than ever before.

With the rapid progression of fitness in golf and the lengthening of courses, it has become a necessity to incorporate a strength and conditioning program to play golf at the highest level.  Added strength and flexibility allow you to create better positions in your golf swing, which will unlock your golf potential.
